Property tax reform

  • Monday, Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m
  • Tuesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m
  • Friday from 8 am to 12 noon

Prerequisites

Your request concerns specific payments to or from the city, for example

  • Payment methods and bank details,
  • Receipt of payments made,
  • Refunds of overpayments,
  • Payment requests and reminders,
  • Late payment surcharges and ancillary costs,
  • Payment arrears and payment facilities.

Required documents

If you have any questions about specific transactions, you will need your cash account number. You will find this on your assessment notice, payment request or reminder.

Due to tax confidentiality and for data protection reasons, we can only answer some enquiries by letter. Therefore, please always include your postal address in emails or on the phone.
Information can be provided by e-mail if you send us the declaration of consent form.

If you call us, we may ask you further questions about your process in order to verify your identity.
