  • Report large systems for heating drinking water
  • Report changes to the drinking water supply system (in accordance with Section 13 of the Drinking Water Ordinance)
  • Use of rainwater, roof run-off water and grey water in accordance with Section 13 (4) of the Drinking Water Ordinance

Notification of drinking water limit values being exceeded:

  • Notification of an exceeded limit value according to the Drinking Water Ordinance in accordance with §16 Para. 1 and 3 of the Drinking Water Ordinance
  • Notification of an exceedance of limit values in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance pursuant to Section 16 (1) and (3) of the Drinking Water Ordinance

  • notification form "Notification of a large-scale system for heating drinking water" (Section 13 (5) TrinkwV), if applicable
  • if applicable, notification form "Notification of limit or action value violations in the drinking water installation" (Section 16 (3) TrinkwV)
