If one parent of unmarried parents refuses to submit a joint custody declaration, custody can be transferred jointly to the parents.
Description
If one parent of unmarried parents refuses to submit a joint custody declaration (= custody declaration), the family court can, at the request of the other parent, grant the parents joint custody of their child if this is in the best interests of the child (= custody order).
