The patient representative takes up questions, concerns, problems, but also praise from patients in Munich and provides information about counselling and complaints offices.

Description

Range of tasks of the patient representatives:

  • Help with orientation in the Munich healthcare system
  • Receiving concerns, complaints, praise, suggestions (anonymity guaranteed)
  • Bundling patient concerns (always anonymous, of course)
  • Networking with counselling and complaints offices, patient advocacy facilities, clinics and the City of Munich's Health Advisory Council
  • Report to the city council
